The program organized, administered and operated youth hockey teams that competed in the pittsburgh amateur hockey league (pahl) as well as the pittsburgh interscholastic hockey league (pihl) it is focused on educating youth ice hockey players in the learning and understanding the game, and promoting teamwork, sportsmanship and personal and social skill development.
