Aurora travel baseball's mission is to fully implant to the youth of the organizaton to develop physically, by learning a sport skill, to improve physical condition, to develop good health habits and avoid injuries. To develop psychologically, by learning to control their emotions and develop feelings of self worth and confidence. To develop socially by learning cooperation in a competitive context and to gain an appropriate standard of behavior.

The organization has provided a travel youth baseball program for 9-15 aged youth. The participants compete in over 35 tournaments, including those at the national level with more than 6000 other players.
