Our youth development nonprofit has a passion for changing kids' lives by empowering youth through core values and leadership skills, using golf as a vehicle to deliver these lessons.

During 2016, free or inexpensive golf and life skills instruction was delivered to 762 participants through the organization's regular programming sessions. Direct outreach efforts such as visiting schools, churches and youth centers, participating in charity events, etc. Reached more than 15,275 youth throughout the region. In addition, over 36,000 students were introduced to the first tee and golf through the organization's funding of the first tee national school program in 56 elementary schools. The first tee nine core values are the foundation of the organization's life skills experience program where the youth are taught to set and achieve goals, manage anger and frustration, to achieve personal success, and to live a healthy lifestyle.
