The creation and establishment of a farmers' cooperative organization that can be implemented anywhere in africa or elsewhere among a group of family farmers. A pilot cooperative has been set up in southeastern nigeria in the community of ohaji. Supporting the development of medical care in the state of imo, nigeria.
