Advance global coaching exists to provide emotional and spiritual support to missionaries of all christian denominations. We utilize qualified life coaches to provide ongoing development for both individual missionaries and also missionary couples. These services are rendered through regularly scheduled telephone calls and internet appointments reaching missionaries wherever they live and work in the world today.

Program accomplishments for advance global coaching for 2017in 2017 we had 5 professionally trained and credentialed life coaches working on our staff. In addition to their coach training, each coach has personal cross-cultural experience. Working from their own home office keeps the overhead costs low for agc. This also allows each coach to be available to clients who live in all the time zones around the world. We provided personalized coaching for 71 different cross-cultural workers in 2017 for a total of 301 coaching sessions. Each client creates the agenda for their own sessions so that the conversations are relevant to the current challenges the client faces. Some clients pay their own coaching fees, while others are sponsored by their sending church or sending agency. In special cases, we use the agc scholarship funds to provide sessions for those who want our services but cannot afford the coaching fees. Our scholarships are funded by our donors. Our clients in 2017 live and work in the following countries and areas of the world: tunisia, costa rica, north africa, china, germany, macedonia, iraq, mongolia, el salvador, kenya, usa, nepal, egypt, southeast asia, brazil, rwanda, india, united arab emirates, israel, indonesia, jordan, israel, netherlands, st. Lucia, peru, new guinea, ecuador, thailand, and the philippines. . In high security regions, we are especially careful with our client relationships. Some of the sending organizations our clients serve with are north point ministries, world mission ministries, cafe 10/40, frontiers, pioneers, team, world venture, wycliff, christian missionary alliance, international christian ministries, operation mobilization, beauty for ashes, international mission board, 3 worlds (church of god), outreach global and south america missions. Agc helps to train and equip new coaches who work in the area of missions through our mentor coaching process. Four coaches have completed this coaching package as part of their application for credentials with the international coach federation. To further spread the coaching movement in the missions sector, our founder, sherri dodd lead a monthly missions mastermind group for the christian coaches network international. This helps to strengthen the skill set of those coaching in missions as well as establishing our presence and brand in the industry. In 2017 advance global coaching reached it's 10 year milestone with a big celebration planned for march 10, 2018 at north point community church in alpharetta, georgia.
