The women in ministry (wim) conference is a national annual gathering focused on supporting women who serve in ministry as pastors, ministers, professors, chaplains, scholars, executives, activists, authors, seminarians, psalmists, evangelists, etc. The conference maximizes information sharing through rich presentations and dialogue in areas covering theology, ethics, pastoral care, professional models for ministry, preaching/teaching, church administration and finance. The focused mission of the women in ministry conference, inc. Is to provide development, coaching, and mentoring for christian women in ministry for the 21st century. The women in ministry (wim) conference provided authentic community, healthy networking, fellowship with other women in ministry, and mentoring, coaching, and development for christian women in the 21st century. The 2017 conference attracted 207 registered attendees from 28 different states. The interactive special interest sessions offered a small group atmosphere that enabled women to delve to the core of issues and topics focused on "kingdom authority: casting down high things", which served as the overall theme for the 2017 wim conference. The plenary sessions challenged women to further evaluate their passion, purpose, and calling for ministry. The women in worship services were attended each night by more than 250 women, inspired by the keynote speakers who brought messages of empowerment through god. The closing anointing service was the culminating experience which brought spiritual transformation that would have a lasting effect in all areas of a minister's life.
