"going deep with a few. . . . " raising up a new generation of young leaders to support the rapid spread of the gospel throughout africa, asia and latin america. Yli's calling is radical in its simplicity: mentoring young leaders through life-on-life relationships to draw near to god's heart, love the lost and broken, and pour their lives deeply into a few. Simply by teaching young leaders to minister as jesus did, yli is seeking profound heart transformation in leaders that spreads throughout their communities. Their strategy is to "identify" emerging young leaders who have a heart for god, "invest" - establish intentional friendships and life-on-life mentoring and "increase" - teach a new generation of leaders to pour their lives deeply into a few. Since 2002, over 61 training conferences for over 2035 leaders have been conducted in ghana, west africa. In addition, villagers were impacted by clean water projects in 2014. ministry to consitituency - yli engages its constituency through its website, which allows consitituents the opportunity to experience the ministry work of young leaders, through detailed stories and photos. In addition, yli communicates through the publishing of newsletters, speaking in churches, bible studies and workplaces, strategic leadership team meetings and in face to face meetings. Yli values highly the partnership in ministry of its supporters for nurture, education and fellowship. Currently, yli has approximately 500 constituents.
