Asset stewardship foundation operates exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 or the corresponding provisions of any future united states internal revenue law. This foundation was established as a supporting organization under section 509(a)(3) of the code and is operated, supervised and controlled by greater tacoma community foundation ("gtcf"), a washington nonprofit corporation which is exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the code and to which contributions are deductible under section 170(c)(2) of the code. This foundation is not organized for the private gain of any person.
