Grants are given to teachers to allow them to carry out innovative teaching ideas that are not able to be funded by the district. Approx 4500 students benefited. scholarships are given to aisd graduating students to help further their education. Approx 25 students benefited. grants are given to all new teachers in the school district to assist them in purchasing supplies for their school rooms. Approx 3700 students benefited. other programs
