Youthworks summer jobs program- baltimore city youth ages 14-21 are connected to public and private sector employers who provide the supervision and job assignments that give these youth the opportunity to earn wages and learn the valuable skills necessary to be successfully employed. recreation & parks - various activities for organizations and citizens in the city of baltimore are funded for athletic activities and for the maintenance of athletic facilities. african american heritage festival-ethnic festival for the citizens of the city of baltimore and surrounding communities. various projects and programs that improve the general welfare of the citizens and city of baltimore.
