Included in seminars is various food demonstrations on healthy substitutes and innovative preparation techniques. We are providing food demonstrations to assist in implementation of healthy eating habits. We have added focus to the importance of nutrition knowledge and the dedication that needs to be provided to allow children to optimally grow.
