Girls of promise conference - four conferences for 8th grade girls at universities throughout arkansas to introduce girls to women in the fields of science, math, engineering, finance and technology to encourage them to pursue careers in these fields. girls of promise mentoring - to provide a pilot program that would match girls with a mentor to encourage them during the program year to excel in math, science and technology.
