The freedom center's mission is to provide the finest prevention and treatment services available in knox county for problems related to alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. Our continuum of care strives to provide unbiased information, encourage low-risk choices and to reduce the stigma of addiction. Our services for individuals and families seek to overcome denial, to diminish problems caused by substance abuse in a measurable way and to motivate clients to be personally accountable in their own recovery. Our ultimate goal is to promote drug-free living, to teach healthy decision-making and to enhance overall wellness.

Mental Health , Substance Abuse Dependency, Prevention & Treatment

Outpatient counseling and treatment provided for people directly and indirectly affected by mental health, alcohol and/or drug abuse. Provide mental health screening for employee assistance and special programs for women. Prevention program by reaching elementary school students through in-school programs aimed at educating the public and preventing substance abuse.
