Intervention - to educate and improve the accessibility, affordability, and quality of the continuum of care in substance abuse treatment within allen county. This purpose has indirectly served over 16,000 individuals. prevention - to educate and help prevent the negative impact caused by drug exposure or drug use on the health and well-being of allen county youth between the ages of 0-21. This purpose has indirectly served over 33,000 individuals. community collaboration - to increase data measurement, reporting, joint planning, and implementation across twelve community sectors, including criminal justice, inorder to reduce alcohol and drug use/abuse in allen county.
