Midwest spring technical meeting - an annual event hosted by the association of indiana dental laboratories, inc. Drawing approximately 350 to 400 attendees including students, speakers, exhibitors and registrants. The meeting offered over 50 educational courses including a cdt exam prep tract and hosting of the cdt exam at the end of the meeting. This event also included a golf outing and a luncheon. fall meeting (semi-annual meeting of the membership): approximately 25 in attendance. No educational program was offered in 2010. However, members may earn education credit by attending the annual meeting. Two 500 scholarships were issued in 2010. Scholarships are awarded annually and may be presented at mwstm or the fall meeting. Recipients are selected by the board of directors based on a combination of academic achievement and technical skill. directory and newsletters - members receive, at no additional charge, an annual directory of membership (approximately 60 - 70 printed) and quarterly issues of the "hoosier impressions" newsletter (approximately 60-70 printed for each issue) containing news and information regarding current affairs, membership events, and industry updates. there are minor additional expenses for program services outside of the three primary programs.
