Alchemia provides arts programming for adults with developmental disabilities who identify as artists or who are passionate about deepening their artistic, social, and communication skills through the expressive arts. Alchemia is committed to providing a physically, socially, and artistically nourishing environment where participants can develop and sustain strong interpersonal relationships, pursue individual creative goals, and explore their unique dreams.

1. Provided arts mentoring and support to a total of 105 artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in sonoma and marin countiessupported 46 artists with disabilities in sonoma county (santa rosa)supported 10 artists with disabilities in sonoma county (petaluma)supported 49 artists with disabilities in marin county2. Operated and maintained a working gallery and art studio in which artists with disabilities and the community at large are invited to create and show work3. Supported artists with disabilities to contribute work to 17 community art shows, including 6 in the alchemia gallery. 4. Produced and presented dance stage productions featuring performers with disabilities as a vehicle for personal growth, outreach, and education. 5. Provided support to the general community on disability issues and education
