YES envisions a community in which youth and young adults achieve economic independence, personal self-sufficiency, and lead meaningful lives. To reach this vision and inspire youth to achieve their dreams, our mission is to teach youth and young adults ages 16-24 the skills needed to secure and maintain meaningful employment, and to offer programs that help young people improve their employability, career choices, and quality of life.
