Development of career pathways in community colleges and universities to prepare a skilled workforce for meeting the california energy efficiency mandates under ab 32, the california global warming solutions act. More than 200 workers received new energy efficiency skills training in 2013. As a workforce intermediary, workforce incubator built a coalition of more than 100 stakeholders from industry, education, and government agencies to construct a sustainable framework for energy efficiency jobs in northern california.
