109 world creates online social media movements, provides yoga instruction for personal health and well-being, and hosts global mission trips for the charitable purpose of raising awareness and alleviating social and environmental challenges focusing in eight specific areas including women, water, children, education, animals, food security, the environment, and personal health and well-being.

Creating awareness of environmental and social challenges in areas that affect women, water quality, children's health, education, animal care, food security, the environment, and personal health and well-being. Through its efforts in establishing on-line platforms via instagram, facebook, and twitter along with providing videos, literature, and calls to action, 109 world was able to garner both monetary support as well as gain the interest of several teams of volunteers. 109 world organized several global mission trips during the year involving both individuals and organizations. As a result, projects geared toward 109 world's purpose were identified and undertaken. 109 world traveled to countries such as aruba, greece, and sweden during the year and undertook and completed projects involving establishing a new animal shelter, renovating schools, funding education and children wellness, raising awareness of women's issues, and funding hospitals. 109 world continues to provide yoga instruction to its local members, mission participants, and its staff. While exact benefits are hard to quantify, 109 world continues to teach and promote the health building benefits of its yoga practice both locally and abroad.
