To organize chefs and other individuals engaged in the culinary profession and related employments by coordinating their specialized skills and resources in order to advance worthwhile charitable, humanitarian and community activities; to promote, encourage, support and fund charitable programs, organizations or community activities; to promote and provide culinary assistance from within the culinary profession to charitable and community organizations, the food service industry and the general public; to promote and encourage healthy, sanitary and quality food production to charitable and community organizations and programs, the culinary profession, the food service industry and the general public.
