Health outreach & engagement - door-to-door canvass and outreach in the community to link individuals to a broad range of health improvement services. food resources project - nutrition education, food community, neighborhood-based farmers' market, development of a food resources center/marketplace. urban gardening initiative - greenhouse-based gardening education and production, youth programs. seniors & kinship care, urbandale, communcations, and housing/economic development
