DALLSS, Inc. (pronounced Dolls) is a grass root non-profit organization founded in 1999 by two African American women dedicating their lives to the struggle for women's rights to complimentary educational and training programs. DALLSS was established exclusively with an innovative approach to re-building Ladies' lives while preventing relapse to homelessness, substance abuse, domestic violence and incarceration via long-term Follow up/Aftercare comprehensive support programs and services. Our programs and services are designed to nurture, educate, train and empower Ladies to achieve economic stability, pride, and dignity while they learn commitment, responsibility, become goal achievers, utilize leadership and survival skills to manage and improve the quality of their life, and develop the self-confidence to become active leaders and engaged citizens of their community.
