The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious and educational purposes with the meaning of 501 (c)(3) of the internal revenue code, including but not limited to: being a ministry to women and couples facing an unplanned pregnancy especially those considering abortion due to a lack of information and support, to young people unaware of the strength and value of abstinence until marriage and to those already suffering from the violence of abortion.

Seventy four clients received counseling and/or pregnancy tests. One hundred and fifteen children were served by the diaper bank. Twelve clients received post-abortive counseling services.
