Area agency on aging - this program provdes a wide variety of services to older individuals, including preparation and serving of meals (143,999 meals); provision of in-home health and home maintenance services (49,822 of hours); access to senior activity center (92,364 hours); 252 vouchers issued to senior farmers market; and 749 individuals remained in their homes through in-home services. energy assistance - provides assistance for elderly and low-income households to meet energy bills to assure that they have heat through the winter. 7,882 families were served. case management - provides a system that ensures delivery of appropriate services to senior and disabled individuals. 749 families were served.
