Shelter - assist homeless or at-risk single parent families on kauai; to regain self-sufficiency and provide safety for victims of domestic violence. treatment services - to provide treatment services to sexual offenders, victims of sexual assualt and sexual abuse. education and prevention - education and treatment to teach skills necessary to be in relationships without violence. women's and youth services - to provide outreach and other services to women and their families.
