The Mission of the San Diego Armed Services YMCA is to enhance the lives of military personnel and their family members in spirit, mind, and body by providing programs to strengthen them and that are relevant to the unique challenges of military life. All programs are free for military families and include confidential in-home counseling, family bonding, patient recreation, and youth development programs.
