Crisis program: the youth crisis center, inc. Operates and maintains a youth crisis program in casper, wyoming. The crisis program provides emergency crisis intervention and shelter for children from infancy to the age of seventeen. The crisis center provides services to children as an alternative to dentention, children who are runaways, abused, abandoned, neglected or who require a time out from a volatile situation in their home. long-term program: the youth crisis center provides long term group home services for adolescents ranging in ages ten through seventeen. Specifically the group home facilitates the youth to transition towards family reunification, independent living, or other long term placement. One of the main focuses of the group home is education and personal growth. While living at the group home, the youth will participate in therapy groups and may receive assistance with anger management, social,daily living, and independent living skills. These skills improve their chances of success with school, families and their own independence.
