Alc is organized for charitable purposes to provide handicapped persons with low income housing facilities and access to services which are specifically designed to meet their physical, social, and physiological needs (see schedule o).

To provide low income housing and access to support services to people with disabilities, primarily behavioral health issues. Alc has 2 units at 45 gould street in south kingstown, rhode island and 4 units at 25 amos street in south kingstown, rhode island. The occupancy rate was 100. 00% during the period covered in this return. The waiting list as of 6/30/14 consisted of 18 individuals.
