The purpose of this association shall be to supplement, exclusively for the benefit of the tulsa boys' home, such inadequacies as exist in the budget supplied by the united way and the tulsa boys' home. This purpose shall be performed in cooperation with, but independently of, any control by the tulsa boys' home board of directors.
