To provide, operate and maintain affordable housing that is decent, safe and sanitary for persons of low and moderate income, as well as elderly, handicapped, and disabled persons, in ypsilanti, michigan and washtenaw county, michigan, and to coordinate such efforts with the ypsilanti housing commission.
