Work express housing, inc. , a massachusetts nonprofit agency, began operations in 2009, for the purpose of developing 31 units of affordable rental housing (jeff's place) in brockton, massachusetts for low income, formerly homeless veterans and chronically homeless individuals and providing supportive services to its residents. Construction was completed and residents commenced move in during june 2010.
