Various levels of care are offered based on an individual's specific needs. The azaleas provides its residents three well-balanced meals per day, group activities, medical and therapeutic recreational transportation, 24-hour on-site caregiver support, and weekly housekeeping. Additionally, the azaleas houses a unit for early stages of dementia. the villas at woldenberg village is a sixty (60) unit independent living community which provides its residents 24-hour emergency medical response, group activities, medical and therapeutic recreational transportation, weekly housekeeping and daily meal options.
