Ahni holdings was formed to support affordable housing network, inc. 's ("ahni's") neighborhood revitalization program. Ahni is an exempt organization under irc section 501(c)(3) and is the sole member and supported organization of ahni holdings. Ahni holdings currently has no activity, but maybe used for special projects from time to time.
