Rental income provides funding, and our payments on our loan from the city of suisun city's housing authority are established at a below-market fixed interest rate of just 2% with the provision that payments are only made with available cash flow from operations. Therefore, instead of receiving revenue assistance for our mission, this government agency has provided us with a below market loan.
