The purpose of aria health orthopaedics shall be to: - own and operate an orthopedic surgical practice together with associated ancillary services serving the health needs of the residents of philadelphia, bucks and camden counties and surrounding areas, engage in activites related to the promotion of health of persons in the organization's service area;- attract and retain orthopedic surgeons with excellent qualifications and skills to promote the organization's mission;- work in cooperation with aria health system in the provision of patient care and the assurance of availability of orthopedic surgical services to the community serviced by aria health system, regardless of the patient's ability
