This corporation is organized for charitable and educational purposes including for such purposes, the funding of targeted scientific and medical research which is dedicated to the improvement of the physical quality of life for persons with a spinal cord injury and those with related neurological deficits and the funding of awareness and prevention programs for the general public with the goal of reducing the incidence of spinal cord injuries
