The mission of access health is to offer an integrated community-based health improvement program for those residents who otherwise would not receive services. The vision for access health is to provide access to appropriate health care through the effective use of community resources.

C3 is a community plan designed to provide health benefits to the low income working residents of muskegon county. C3 plan eligibility is based on the individual's level of percentage of poverty. C3 health is an mec certified plan. As a member of c3 health you are able to take advantage of specialized services such as health coaching, biometrics testing, and health courses tailored to individual need. Served approximately 695 members per month in the c3 health plan. the chi plan or "community health improvement" plan is a wellness product. The chi plan is designed to use preventative measures such as biometric testing and health risk assessments to identify health concerns. Along with this testing, individual health coaching can be utilized to design an individualized plan of action to address health concerns. Served approximately 2,000 participants. the dental program is a community dental resource. The program offers free dental services to those who qualify. Access health is the fiduciary for the volunteer for dental program. Access health has a responsibility to perform financial transactions and maintain financial records for the dental program. Served 121 participants in the volunteer for dental program.
