These advocacy efforts ensure services are available and care is provided through community health centers which are delivering care to the most vulnerable populations in new orleans. outreach and education:504healthconnect- 504healthnet is active in helping residents' access high quality health care in their community by connecting residents, both with and without health insurance coverage, with a primary care physician. member services - 504healthnet organization members have a commitment to providing high quality medical care to residents of the greater new orleans area, irrespective of their ability to pay. Membership fees are on a sliding scale based on the size of the organization, and every member has a seat on the board.
