The purpose for which the corporation is organized is to provide support to the v foundation for cancer research and other charitable organizations which provide support for cancer research.

Golf outing and gala: the 380 foundation held its 7th annual golf outing during 2017 to benefit the v foundation for cancer research. In total, $105,000 was contributed to the v foundation to support various cancer initiatives as a result of the golf outing and gala.
