Incorporated as a not for profit organization in 2001, apcc does not currently deliver health services directly, but works to offer leadership in developing a collaborative, coordinated system of health care among the many aurora health providers in order to reduce fragmentation and barriers and to assure that individuals and families in aurora obtain comprehensive health care.
