The primary purpose of the organization is to offer high-quality eye care services to the underserved local population while advancing the science of eye care along with attracting premier eyecare providers to the Kern County area.

Optometry and Ophthalmology Services: Routine eye exams, diabetic eye exams, contact lens assessments, eye disease management and testing, surgical eye care, and low vision evaluation for those in need. And through our in-house Optical Department, we are able to fill prescriptions for eyeglasses and contact lenses while offering a large selection of eyewear.
