The mission of the alaska kidney patients association is to provide education, support and advocacy to all alaskans who have chronic kidney disease (ckd), are on dialysis or have a kidney transplant so that they will become more knowledgeable patients and informed consumers. Implementation of the mission is through the annual education symposium, quarterly newsletter and support groups.
