The organization is organized for the purpose of obtaining funds to be used in contracting with local landscape companies for planning and maintenance of "amarillo" signs, trees, shrubs, and other landscaping, to beautify the public areas such as streets and roadways withing the city of amarillo and in potter and randall counties.
