Land conservation: own 12 acres of allegheny river front property along the allegheny valley trails assoc. Bike trail to protect it from development. This opens up about 4000 ft of river front for public use. A canoe/ kayak launch was constructed in 2012. Improved river accessin 2014 (12 acres) site monitored in 2017 land conservation: accepted donation of easement in 2008 along french creek in french creek township within 1 mile of other easement for habitat conservation and non-development, open to public. (165 acres) making plans for recreational uses. Site monitored in 2017 land conservation: easement with allegheny valley trails assoc. To protect 21 acres of riverfront property along the allegheny river and recreational trail north of st. George. Adirondack shelter on property re-sided by a boy scout project. Property monitored in 2017.
