Provide technical assistance and training to assist rural and remote non-hub communities in identifying and evaluating water and waste hazards, preparing usda grant applications, and improving the operation of solid waste sites. update and deliver four training courses, which consist of two integrated solid waste management and planning and two sustainable solid waste management trainings. provide rural alaskans with a skillset to be best employable within their local communities.
