Achieve brown county is a collaborative community effort to help all local children, from cradle to career, acheive their highest potential.

Education

Achieve has built a coalition of leadership and action-oriented teams whose mission is to help improve success ratios among services that impact the lives of our community members. These teams focus on various stages of the entire cradle-to-career continuum, and some key achievements include:- developing critical infrastructure to enable this complex work, bringing change-makers together around the table for conversations that would not have been possible before. - growing a multi-sector community information system to enable evidence-based decision-making about which improvement initiatives best fit our community needs. - developing a public dashboard to track our progress toward achieving our community goals. - creating and deploying new measurements to track progress of initiatives in key age groups from prenatal to age 26 (e. G. We have been able to put common measurements of kindergarten readiness in place within all ten k12 districts in the county. )- influencing state policy to enact innovation districts through the wisconsin department of public instruction, allowing greater flexibility and innovation in our k-12 school districts.
