Program which offers wbenc and wosb certification to women business owners in oregon, washington, idaho, alaska, montana and northern california which helps to increase jobs and create economic development. education programsseminars held to advise women business owners about building strategic alliances and joint ventures and other capacity building ideas to grow businesses. mentoring:events provided which bring together corporations and women business owners who share insights about how to do business with corporations and agencies in order to secure contracts. This also includes programming which helps young girls from the ages of 13-17 who apply to be part of the astra s. T. E. A. M. (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics)program and be part of a team who competes to develop a business concept and digital application and present these concepts to a panel of business experts.
