Arlington partnership for children, youth, and families foundation (doing business as second chance) was established by a group of individuals to support the recommendations of the arlington partnership for children, youth, and families, an advisory group established by the arlington school and county boards. The purpose of the advisory group is to develop a consistent community agenda for arlington's children and their families and recommend ways to improve the health and well-being of children and youth.
