The spring conference for compensatory educators: to provide training and services for the educators of at-risk students. the fall conference for compensatory educators: to provide training and services to the educators of at-risk students. scholarships: to award college scholarships to students who were served in the compensatory programs during their school career and to award college scholarships to paraprofessionals who aspire to become teachers. other program expenses includes dues paid to the national organization of behalf of members ($37,400) and compensation paid to the executive director ($60,000).
