Mission

199 hunting park corporation (the "corporation") is a not-for-profit corporation serving the hispanic community of north philadelphia as a component of broader community development work. The corporation owns a campus bordered by 5th street, west bristol street, 3rd street and west hunting park avenue. The campus has two buildings which are leased to nueva esperanza, inc. , esperanza academy charter school, eastern north philadelphia workforce development corporation and other tenants for service businesses.

199 hp serves the hispanic community of north philadelphia as a component of broader community development work. The corporation owns a 8. 01 acre complex at 4261 north 5th street that was purchased in december 1999. As of june 30, 2017, the campus contained 289,010 square feet of rentable space of which 242,796 is rented and occupied. All tenants are non-profit corporations and include: nueva esperanza, inc. , esperanza academy charter school, esperanza college, careerlink and esperanza cyber charter school. Portions of the facilities remain under construction with the expectation of an additional 30,000 square feet to be completed in fiscal year 2017. Property rental to not-for-profit organizations.
